Silent eye by Jab-tronix is a cellular monitoring device with two digital inputs capable of monitoring remote assets. Using cellular technology removes the need for hardwired infrastructure. The device utilizes GPRS technology for message delivery, which brings a lower cost and more reliable method of delivery versus SMS.
Installation is simple: give device power and connect any sensors. The device can be powered by a standard DC adapter (included), or it can be provided from a 12V battery source such as an array of SLA’s or even a car battery.
Alert destination configuration is also simple. To change just log on to our website portal, click on edit device information then change the alert notification destination field to the desired email/sms address.
Applications for the system are endless. With sensors such as a reed switch (contact switch for a door) and a PIR (motion detector) Silent eye becomes a silent alarm system.
